Terms and conditions

As of 18 July 2026

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope & provider

These terms govern the use of the “Ticketanizer” service (the “Service”), provided by the sole proprietor named in the legal notice (the “Provider”). The contracting party is the server operator or team that uses the Service on a Discord server (the “Customer”).

2. Description of services

Ticketanizer is a support ticket system for Discord with a web dashboard. The scope of features depends on the chosen plan:

The current feature scope follows from the product description on the website and in the dashboard. The Provider develops the Service on an ongoing basis.

3. Conclusion of contract

Use requires signing in via Discord. A contract is concluded by selecting a plan and – for paid plans – completing the payment process. The free plan is permanently available without payment.

4. Trials

Paid plans may begin with a free trial (e.g. Pro without a payment method on file, AI with a payment method on file). After the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand. The specific scope of the trial is shown at checkout.

5. Prices & payment

The prices displayed at the time of conclusion apply, either monthly or yearly. The Provider is a small business under the Luxembourg franchise scheme; no VAT is shown. Payment is handled through the payment provider Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen billing period until the Customer cancels. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan.

6. Availability

The Provider strives for high availability but does not warrant any specific availability. Maintenance, third-party disruptions (in particular Discord) or force majeure may cause limitations. There is no entitlement to a specific service level on the Free plan.

7. Customer obligations

8. AI feature

On the AI plan, replies are generated automatically and marked as “🤖”. AI replies may be incomplete or inaccurate; they do not constitute binding information. Responsibility for their use and review lies with the Customer.

9. Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under mandatory law. Otherwise, liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. No liability is accepted for outages or data loss caused by third-party services (e.g. Discord) or force majeure.

10. Term & cancellation

The Customer can cancel paid plans anytime via the customer portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; the plan is then downgraded to Free. The Provider may terminate the contract with reasonable notice for a material breach of these terms, or extraordinarily for serious breaches.

11. Changes to these terms

The Provider may change these terms with effect for the future and will inform the Customer accordingly in an appropriate manner. If the Customer does not object or continues to use the Service, the amended terms are deemed accepted.

12. Final provisions

Luxembourg law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – where permitted – the Provider's seat. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Customer's country of residence remain unaffected. Should a provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
