Right of withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. There is no right of withdrawal for business use (companies/organisations).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yannick Wictor, 3, rue Arthur Thinnes, L-3919 Mondercange, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Early expiry for digital services

For a contract for digital services, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performance after you have

expressly consented that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
confirmed that you are aware that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

This consent is obtained when a paid plan is purchased.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day we receive your withdrawal. If, at your express request, we have already begun the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the service provided up to the withdrawal.
