The Free plan is free forever and covers complete ticketing for small servers. Pro is 4,99 €/month (49,90 €/year), the AI plan 24,99 €/month (249,90 €/year). Both paid plans start with a free trial.
No. “Self-hosted” means we run Ticketanizer on our own infrastructure in the EU – not on third-party cloud services. You simply invite the bot to your server and configure everything in the web dashboard.
On the AI plan, an AI agent answers incoming tickets from a context you provide yourself (e.g. your FAQ, rules, docs). If it can't help, it escalates cleanly to your team. AI replies are always marked with 🤖 – transparent per EU rules. 1,500 requests per month are included.
Yes. With the omnichannel feature (Pro) you can embed a ticket widget in your website. Visitors open tickets without a Discord account; behind the scenes a real Discord channel is created, and the conversation stays in sync both ways.
We host in the EU, offer configurable retention periods with automatic deletion, and a transparent privacy policy. Details on the data processed and our sub-processors are in our privacy policy.
Yes. You can cancel paid plans anytime in the customer portal; access stays until the end of the period you already paid for and then automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
